Thanks for the info bro.<br />Seems the Loader was working fine on my Vista machine, but I installed the previous updates on it also...<br /><br />My other machine with XP on it had the same issue with saves not working... I guess you have the Loader working with the trine.exe from version 1.03.<br /><br />Thanks for the fix.. saves working great now.

Me again. I found the workaround. <br /><br />Using trine.exe from steam 1.03 patch allows saving again if using loader. New languages added with 1.04 work properly with 1.03 exe too.<br /><br />Can be found here:<br />http://www.sendspace.com/file/09iuit<br />(this is &quot;unofficial&quot; 1.02 to 1.03 update for steam users)<br /><br />I guess it&#39;s steam cloud support added in 1.04 exe

Your solution works, but is flawed.<br /><br />When started like this, saving games in Tine doesn&#39;t work. Pre-1.04 saves can be loaded and played, but new can&#39;t be created nor old updated.
